Refund and Returns Policy

At StyleSteps, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.

#### 1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.

– **Proof of Purchase:** A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
– **Non-returnable Items:** Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as gift cards and downloadable software products.

#### 2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

– **Partial Refunds:** In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
– Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

#### 3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at refunds@stylesteps.co.in with your order number and details of the product you would like to exchange.

#### 4. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
